1. Acceptance of Terms & Service Scope

By accessing, browsing, or registering for an account with YoSEOMax ("we", "our", or "the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you disagree with any portion of these terms, you must discontinue your use of the platform immediately.

YoSEOMax provides an automated, AI-assisted search engine optimization analytics suite, comprising technical crawler audits, keyword opportunity discovery, SERP rank tracking, Google Search Console synchronizations, and developer prompt generations.

2. User Accounts & Workspace Security

To access platform features, you must create a verified user workspace. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information.
  • Maintain the security of your authentication tokens, passwords, and API credentials.
  • Promptly notify YoSEOMax support if you discover any unauthorized access or security breach involving your account.
  • Accept full responsibility for all activities, crawls, and API requests initiated under your workspace.

3. Acceptable Use & Crawling Policies

You agree to use YoSEOMax in compliance with all applicable cyber and data protection laws. You specifically agree not to:

  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the core source code of the MAX AI agent or audit pipelines.
  • Initiate malicious Denial of Service (DoS) attacks or abusive bulk crawl rates against third-party domains without authorization.
  • Use the platform to scrape, harvest, or distribute copyrighted materials or personally identifiable information (PII).

4. Disclaimer of Warranties & SEO Rankings

While YoSEOMax leverages state-of-the-art AI analysis and live search engine telemetry (Google Search Console, DataForSEO), search engine algorithms are proprietary and evolve constantly. YoSEOMax cannot guarantee specific rank positions, traffic quotas, or revenue numbers. The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
