1. Overview & Data Ownership
At YoSEOMax, we respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal and workspace data. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard information when you use our platform and Google Search Console integrations.
2. Google API Services & Scopes Disclosure (Google Limited Use Policy)
YoSEOMax integrates with Google APIs to provide SEO and web analytics insights. We request read-only permissions under a strict least-privilege model:
https://www.googleapis.com/auth/webmasters.readonly: Used to fetch search performance data (clicks, impressions, CTR, average rankings, and query positions) from Google Search Console.https://www.googleapis.com/auth/analytics.readonly: Used to retrieve aggregate Google Analytics 4 (GA4) metrics (sessions, organic landing page traffic, bounce rates, and engagement data) to correlate organic search rankings with user traffic.
YoSEOMax’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
- Usage Purpose: We use your Google Search Console and Google Analytics data exclusively to display your performance reports, generate actionable SEO strategies, identify traffic opportunities, and surface technical audit findings.
- No Data Selling or Sharing: Your Google user data is NEVER sold, rented, or shared with third parties, advertisers, or data brokers.
- No AI Model Training: Your Google user data is NEVER used to train generalized AI/ML models.
3. Google User Data Retention and Deletion Policy
We maintain strict standards for the retention and deletion of Google user data:
- Data Retention Period: We retain Google OAuth access tokens and cached analytics data only for as long as your project is active and connected to YoSEOMax. OAuth tokens are refreshed securely and cached report metrics are retained for a maximum of 90 days to provide historical comparison charts.
- Revocation of Access: You can disconnect your Google Search Console or Google Analytics integration at any time directly from the Project Settings > Integrations tab inside the YoSEOMax app, or by revoking YoSEOMax access in your Google Account Security Settings.
- Data Deletion on Disconnect / Account Termination: When you disconnect your Google account or delete a project, all associated Google OAuth tokens and cached metrics are permanently purged from our database immediately.
- User Deletion Requests: Users may request immediate and permanent deletion of all stored Google user data and account records by emailing us at support@yoseomax.com with the subject line "Google Data Deletion Request". All associated data will be permanently wiped within 48 hours.
4. Data Security & Storage
All OAuth access tokens, refresh tokens, and workspace configurations are encrypted at rest using AES-256 encryption and transmitted securely via HTTPS/TLS 1.3.
